“We made our reservation last minute and John was very responsive given our extremely last minute reservation. He had clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. At the time of writing this review, the place was very new so everything was nice and clean. It was private but they are developing the land so not sure what privacy will be like in the future. It was spacious and gave us the reprieve we needed!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. John is an excellent host. This is a brand new home on a 5 acre lot in a private gated community that only has vacation rentals. The cleanliness and linens are 5 star, the beds are extremely comfortable and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. We love how the homes are spaced apart so you can enjoy your privacy. It is less than 10mins to Lake of the Ozarks, caves, food, and a really interesting castle that has beautiful views to take pictures. We asked to extend our stay and John immediately updated everything for us. This is will be our repeat accommodation anytime we are at Lake of the Ozarks.”

“Beautiful place to stay. John was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is difficult to find as it is in a new development. You can’t use Apple Maps to find it, you have to use Google maps! John was really helpful in helping us locate the house. The house is HUGE! Perfect for large groups. Setup with everything you need for your stay. Overall a very nice place to stay!”
